  • Dr Michelle Reiss is a Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, Co-author of Published Medical Journals and 2022 Recipient of the ASLM ‘Lifestyle Medicine Changemaker for Australia’ award.

    Since 2016, Dr Michelle Reiss has pursued Lifestyle Medicine to create medical programs and consultation structures that are pioneering and transformative to her patients and communities.

  • Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based sub-specialty of medicine that uses lifestyle interventions as a core part of treatment and prevention. Rather than focusing only on short-term symptom relief, it aims to address the underlying causes of chronic disease.

    Lifestyle Medicine plays a large role in helping prevent, treat, and reverse Chronic Conditions such as Cardiovascular Disease, Type-2 Diabetes and Obesity.
